VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR PRISONERS

We select employees for our factory in Ankara Ayaş from among prisoners, teach them how to make watches, and help them learn a trade. We also provide them with the guarantee of continued employment at our manufacturing facility upon completion of their sentence.

We sponsored the 'Ethnosport Culture Festival,' organized by the World Ethnosport Confederation (WEC), which aims to increase awareness and promotion of traditional sports and games. Through this event, we once again demonstrated the importance of fostering an inclusive culture.
